Q. How much does it cost to ship Reality Surgery?

A. We ship all our DVDs via International Airmail. The cost depends on the weight of your order and the delivery address. Shipping starts from as little as US$7. There is no shipping charge for our online streaming video.

Q. How long does my DVD order take to arrive?

A. We allow an average of 7-20 working days for an order to arrive, depending on airmail schedules and delivery address.

Q. I want my DVDs in a hurry, can I avail of any other faster deliver methods?

A. Yes. Simply contact us should you wish to have your order shipped via DHL or FedEx. Please note: an extra charge will be incurred should you request this delivery option.

Q. My DVD order has not arrived. What should I do?

A. Please contact us if your DVD order has not arrived after 20 working days.

3. Customer Accounts

Q. What is a customer account and why do I need one?

A. A customer account is created the first time you order a Reality Surgery product. It allows you to view your online video and track your DVD order history should you have one.

Q. How do I create a customer account?

A. The first time you purchase a Reality Surgery product you will be prompted to fill out your details to create a customer account. You will then be sent an activation email which you should click to complete your registration.

Q. Can I change my account details?

A. Yes. Simply visit the Member Login area and log in using your assigned username and password. You can then change your password and details as required.

4. Online webstore

Q. What credit cards can I use on the webstore?

A. Our webstore accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINER'S CLUB cards.

Q. Is the webstore secure?

A. Yes. Our webstore is totally secure. All our orders are processed in real time and no card details are stored anywhere on our website.

Q. I keep getting an error message when I try to use my credit card, why is this?

A. In a small number of cases, our customers have a restriction on using their credit cards online. If you are trying to place an order using your credit card and you have checked your details are correct please contact us.

Q. How do I view online video?

A. You will need a customer account. Log in to your account at any time via the Member Login facility on our website. From your customer area you can see the videos you have ordered. Simply click on any video to view immediately.
