1. Overview

Reality Surgery is a DVD library of operative surgery issued annually as a DVD box set. Volume 1 of Reality Surgery is available from June 2004. Thereafter Reality Surgery endeavors to release a new DVD box set volume each year. The personal order fee entitles customers to a single box set volume. Multi-user fees should be paid by libraries/institutions who intend using Reality Surgery within a multi-user setting such as teaching classes or lending to students.

Reality Surgery can be purchased by institutions. The minimum order is a boxset and must be paid in a single instalment.

3. Delivery

Reality Surgery uses International Priority Airmail to ship our DVDs to subscribers This is added to the order price. Delivery times can vary depending on international airmail schedules. Customers wishing to avail of alternative delivery methods such as FedEx or DHL can contact us directly to arrange - this will incur an additional delivery charge. Resident programs requiring bulk orders will be subject to a delivery fee, which will be confirmed upon order. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of your copy of Reality Surgery. Reality Surgery takes no responsibility for delays caused by local postal or courier services.

4. Returns Policy

Reality Surgery will replace any defective DVDs if returned within 15 days from the date of issue. Thereafter replacement is at the discretion of the company.

5. Copying

Reality Surgery DVDs are copy protected. Any unauthorized copying may result in legal prosecution. All rights are reserved. No part of the content may be reproduced or broadcast in any format without the prior knowledge and written approval of the company.

6. Legal

Individuals and groups are advised to fully read these terms and conditions before subscribing to Reality Surgery. These terms and conditions are available from Reality Surgery at any time. Reality Surgery reserves the right to alter these conditions when appropriate. Reality Surgery is registered in Ireland. In the event of a dispute, the laws of Ireland will apply.
